24-Hour Coverage
~ At Home, At Work, Worldwide ~
Coverage Amounts:
$100,000 to $300,000 maximum; in $50,000 increments.
Three Plans of Coverage to Choose From:
- Member only plan
- Member & children - 15% of member amount
- Family Plan (spouse) - 50% of member amount if no children are insured, 40% if children are insured.
- Family Plan (child benefit) - 10% of member amount
Benefits Payable for Loss of Life/Sight:
- Pays principal sum for loss of life; loss of both hands or both feet; sight of both eyes; one hand and one foot; one hand or one foot and sight of one eye; speech and hearing.
- Pays one-half of principal sum for loss of one leg or one arm; speech or hearing; sight of one eye.
- Pays one-quarter of principal sum for loss of thumb and index finger of the same hand.
Education Benefit:
(Family Plan or Member and Children Plan Only) $3,000 per year for eligible dependents at an institution of higher learning if insured member's death occurs from an accident, maximum benefit of $12,000 over 4 years.
Day Care Benefit:
(Family Plan or Member and Children Plan Only) $3,000 per year for eligible dependents if death of insured member or spouse occurs from an accident, maximum benefit of $12,000 over 4 years.
Paralysis Benefit:
(Applies to all insureds) Quadriplegia pays full principal sum; paraplegia pays three-quarters of principal sum; hemiplegia pays one-half of principal sum. If injuries result in any of the above within one year from date of accident, the company will pay as specified, provided that not more than one (the larger) of such benefits shall be paid with respect to injuries resulting from one accident.
Seat Belt Bonus Coverage:
(Applies to all insureds) An additional 10% of principal sum up to $25,000, if death occurs from an automobile accident in which the insured is certified as having worn a seat belt.
Eligibility:
All members and/or employees under age 70 and their eligible dependents.
Plan Reduction and Termination:
AD&D benefits reduce by 50% at age 70 and all coverage terminates at age 75. Maximum principal sum at ages 70 to 75 is $100,000.
Exclusions for AD&D
We will not pay if the loss is caused by: 1) intentionally self-inflicted injuries; 2) suicide (in Missouri, while sane) or any attempt thereat; 3) war or any act of war, declared or undeclared; 4) service in the armed forces of any country and in such event, the pro rata unearned premium will be returned; 5) illness, disease, bodily infirmity, or any bacterial infection other than occurring from an accidental wound; 6) operating, learning to operate, or serving as a member of a crew of an aircraft or while in any aircraft operated by or under any military authority (except if it is a transport aircraft) or while in any test or experimental aircraft.

Medical Transportation Services:
Emergency Evacuation: If adequate medial facilities are not locally available, WorldNet will arrange and pay for the emergency evacuation to the nearest facility capable of providing appropriate care.
Medically Necessary Repatriation:
If deemed medically necessary, WorldNet will arrange and pay for your return to your permanent place of residence under medical supervision once your condition has stabilizied.
Repatriation of Remains:
If there is a death, WorldNet will arrange and pay for the return of mortal remains and will provide immediate family transportation.
Transportation of Traveling Companion:
If you are hospitalized for more than seven (7) days and are traveling alone, WorldNet will arrange and provide a family member or friend with transportation to visit you in the hospital.
Return of Dependent Children:
If you are traveling with children under 18 and are hospitalized for more than seven (7) days, WorldNet Services Corp. arranges, provides and pays for their return to your home with a qualified attendant, if necessary.
